Creating Azure Resource Group
- Login to the Microsoft Azure Portal:
- From the left pane, click on "Resource groups"
- Click on Add
- Resource group name: Specify a name for the new resource group
- Subscription: Select the relevant subscription name
- Resource group location: Select a region close to your location
- Click on Create
- Wait for the deployment on the new resource group to complete
- From the "Resource groups" window, click on the newly created resource group
- From the main pane, click on Tags -> add a new tag:
- Name: Specify here Name
- Value: Specify here the name of the newly created resource group
- Click on Save
- Logoff the Microsoft Azure Portal
